MSc Paediatric Osteopathy BSc (Hons) OSt. Med. D.O. N.D.
I enjoy being able to combine both structural (soft tissue, joint mobilisations and stretches) and Cranial techniques (where appropriate), to provide patients with the benefits of both methods.
I am keen to take time to educate patients about their own condition and ways in which they can help themselves.
It’s important to promote recovery and prevent future problems arising.
M.Ost, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Certified FRC Mobility Specialist, Gray Institute CAFS
From growing up in sunny Mallorca to currently living in Manchester I have always had a passion in enhancing people’s physical well being.
During my osteopathy degree, I worked as a personal trainer, CrossFit and movement coach in London. This dovetailed well with my studies and provided me with a unique understanding on how to improve physical performance whilst reducing people’s injury risk.
My treatment focus revolves around pain and injury management with physical rehabilitation that encourages return to activity/sport.
Beyond osteoapthy I enjoy Brazilian Jui Jitsu, gymnastics strength training and cold water immersion.
BSc (Hons) Osteopathic Medicine D.O. N.D. BSc (Hons) Sports Science & Physiology
Successful management of a personal injury led my fascination into how the body moves and its influence on physical and mental well-being. I am dedicated to helping others overcome their injuries, and working on strategies to prevent them from occurring in the first place.
My approach combines traditional Osteopathic techniques, myofascial release, medical acupuncture, k-taping and functional rehabilitation exercises.
My specialist interest areas are in the treatment of sports injuries, postural imbalances causing recurrent low back pain, and complex shoulder injuries.
M.Ost, PGCert, Specialist Paediatric Osteopathic Practice Paediatric Osteopath
I enjoy treating a wide range of patients, from babies through all ages, using a variety of structural techniques such a joint mobilisations, stretching and soft tissue massage. I feel it’s important to approach the body as a whole, focusing not just on the area of symptoms, but also looking into the root causes of pain.
Incorporating education, advice and exercises into my treatment, I also help work towards the prevention of problems in the future.
Beyond my clinic commitments I enjoy spending time as a clinic tutor in the Paediatric teaching clinic at the British School of Osteopathy (London).
BSc (Hons) Ost. Med. D.O. N.D IOSH Qualified
I regard myself principally as a structural Osteopath treating a broad range of conditions.
I have completed a number of additional courses including Medical Acupuncture, Shock Wave Therapy, Strapping and Taping, Lower Limb Biomechanics, Laser Therapy, Manual Handling, Ergonomics and Work Place Assessment.
My particular interest is Workplace Ergonomics and Manual Handling and I work as a Consultant for ITV in National News to productions like Coronation Street and Emmerdale.
M.Ost, PGDip Womens Health Osteopathy
I use gentle articulation, joint mobilization and massage to help alleviate a wide range of aches and pains to improve health and well being of her patients.
In addition to the usual back pain, joint stiffness and sport injuries, I have extensive training and experience as a Women’s Health specialist osteopath.
I believe osteopathy has a vital role to play in helping to alleviate both chronic and acute pain.
“At Cheadle Osteopathy they were amazing and looked after Elizabeth so well. She was calmer and able to lie on her playmat, which she had never done before. It has had a great impact on family life”
