MSc Paediatric Osteopathy BSc (Hons) OSt. Med. D.O. N.D.

I enjoy being able to combine both structural (soft tissue, joint mobilisations and stretches) and Cranial techniques (where appropriate), to provide patients with the benefits of both methods.

I am keen to take time to educate patients about their own condition and ways in which they can help themselves.

It’s important to promote recovery and prevent future problems arising.

Most. RQ Osteopathic Medicine

I’ve always been interested in how things work, from a simple lightbulb to a more complex engine, and how the human body behaves and performs.
Initially I studied electrical engineering and later my curiosity lead me to Osteopathy.
I feel my job as an Osteopath is to help your body to express itself at it’s best. Osteopathy can do that by releasing tension, correcting position and improving the function and movement. I’m inspired by both cranial and fascial approaches.

In my spare time I love to challenge myself with some skating sessions and rock climbing. And when I’m not falling from a climbing wall, I like to relax and listen to music and play my harmonica.

Other qualifications: Sport Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Technique

Robert Chernick

BSc (Hons) Osteopathic Medicine D.O. N.D. BSc (Hons) Sports Science & Physiology

Successful management of a personal injury led my fascination into how the body moves and its influence on physical and mental well-being. I am dedicated to helping others overcome their injuries, and working on strategies to prevent them from occurring in the first place.

My approach combines traditional Osteopathic techniques, myofascial release, medical acupuncture, k-taping and functional rehabilitation exercises.

My specialist interest areas are in the treatment of sports injuries, postural imbalances causing recurrent low back pain, and complex shoulder injuries.

M.Ost, PGDip Womens Health Osteopathy

I use gentle articulation, joint mobilization and massage to help alleviate a wide range of aches and pains to improve health and well being of her patients.

In addition to the usual back pain, joint stiffness and sport injuries, I have extensive training and  experience as a Women’s Health specialist osteopath.

I believe osteopathy has a vital role to play in helping to alleviate both chronic and acute pain.
