Cheadle Osteopathy is now supporting Jump Space Charity
We are thrilled to announce that Cheadle Osteopathy will be supporting local charity, “Jump Space”, through the sale of wheat bags. In the coming months we will be selling wheat packs (which can be used hot or cold). It is hoped that as well as helping our patients with their hot and cold therapies, to assist their recover, they will also be helping a fantastic local charity. £1 from the sale of every wheat bag will go directly to Jump Space.
Jump Space is based in Stockport and they provide specialist trampolining/rebound therapy, recreation and sensory play for children with disabilities, of all ages and their families. They cater for a wide group of individuals with conditions such as autism, cerebral palsy, cystic fibrosis and much more.
When the centre was set up in 2008, its two founders wanted Jump Space to be a place where people with disabilities of all ages could participate in physical activity, that was inclusive and safe. Siblings are encouraged to join in too. There is also an on site café where parents and carers can find a friendly face, support and a community. Jump Space is a place where they can get a few hours respite, safe in the knowledge that their children are being cared for by specialists.
Owned by two qualified trampolining coaches, Jump Space are also committed to training more coaches in specialist provision of inclusive activity within a range of sports.
Please have a look at their website and find out more about the fantastic work they do.
