Cranial Osteopathy for babies and children is modified so it is very gentle for their little bodies. It is safe, non-invasive and does not hurt.
Cranial osteopathy may help to soothe your baby, helping them to feel more relaxed and contented.
You can hold, feed, talk to and even play with your babies / children during the session if you wish to. The important thing for our paediatric osteopaths, is to keep the baby/child happy and relaxed… and the parents too!
Techniques we use:
Make the most of your new adventure together
Don’t forget about yourself – you deserve to feel comfortable too.
We care about helping you both to feel more comfortable and free from pain, so you can enjoy your time together in these precious few months and years. After all you need to look after yourself so you can be there when your little one needs you.
Pregnancy, feeding, lifting and carrying your new baby can all lead to aches and pains in your muscles and joints too.
Our mum & baby package makes it more affordable for you both to have treatment you need.

We want to help your child to feel relaxed and comfortable so they can get on with being a kid.
Bumps, falls and injuries are all part of being a child. As a parent you know you can’t protect them all the time but you don’t want them to be in pain and want them to grow up healthy.
As kids get older they also start spending more time sitting, studying and are under more stress and pressure. All of these things can have an effect on their muscles and joints at a time when they are growing and changing rapidly too.
An occasional cranial osteopathy /osteopathy check up with a paediatric osteopath may be helpful in alleviating any aches and pains, following bumps and falls, minor sports injuries or growth spurts.
The soothing, calming and relaxing nature of the treatment can help them to feel more
comfortable and relaxed.
Helping your children “grow with osteopathy” and supporting them through the scrapes and tumbles of child and adolescent hood, is a real privilege and a joy for us.
Nina has worked miracles on my little boy. We came to her when he was around 5 months old and he had improved after the first consultation. My son loves interacting with Nina during the appointments. Even though he doesn’t always do as he is told, Nina is great at adapting the treatment while he is playing. I highly recommend Nina and can’t thank her enough for everything she has done to help my Son.
