What causes joint and muscle pain?

Muscle spasms

These can happen suddenly and be very painful and frightening. You may find you have had a one-off incident or it keeps happening and you want to know why and how you can stop it.

Our hands-on techniques of muscle stretching and massage can help to ease pain tension and muscle pain.

Joint pains

You can get pain in any of your joints, hips, knees, ankles, feet, even your hands. What you really need to know is what is causing it and how can I relieve the pain and get on with the things you enjoy in life.

Our hands-on techniques help to improve mobility and reduce pain. 

Tension

In addition to easing muscular tension and helping you to feel physically more relaxed, we are here to listen and support you with making positive lifestyle changes to maintain that benefit, if you need it. We have great resources of referral contacts (for example yoga teachers, massage therapists, mindfulness exercises) too, so we can all work together to help you take back control.
